so it seems i actually blog when i travel alone.
la ceiba was interesting, i enjoyed the pleasures of the western world for a night before heading off to utila, a small island 45 min ferry,[although more importantly, a $16ish ferry] from la ceiba. saw batman, great film! subtitled even. the mall i saw it in was very nice and modern.. honduras seems much more advanced than guate. sunjam hype seems to be in full swing. i heard there's supposed to be 2000 people coming to the festival [takes place on water caye by utila]. exciting. search sunjam on google for some details.

i'm taking my open water dive course at alton's dive shop, everyone is really friendly and australian ish there. although my group is all brits, my instructor works in big white during the winter and here during the summer, guess what ethnicity he is. might go on a booze cruise tonight. we'll see.
